I just wanted you ALL to know how impressed I have been with the excellent service and care that I have received from you.
From the first point of contact with my initial phone call, to my first meeting with Tony where I cried like a real girlie!!! On the day of the scan all of my questions were answered and a pre-operative meeting with Don put me at ease. On the day of the actual implants, I felt slightly apprehensive but those fears went as soon as I walked through the door of the surgery. The whole procedure was a breeze and I was so well looked after by Sue afterwards and the friend who came with me got thoroughly spoiled with lunch.


I really can't thank each and every single one of you enough, not only for making me feel so incredibly comfortable over an issue that has dogged my life for so long, but much more importantly you have given me back my inner confidence and I feel fantastic. As I explained to Tony, to be introduced to new people and not cringe inside because I look so horrendous really is the best feeling in the world; to be able to smile and hold my head high is just awesome. So thank you all again.![]()

I am still taking in the fact that for the first time in about 50 years I have all fixed teeth; something which, for so many years, I thought was an impossibility. Having had teeth removed by school dentists at a very early age, the whole the dental issue has always been a huge hang-up for me, which throughout my life has affected my confidence. I cried with pure gratitude that you had been able to achieve what had seemed for so many years to be the impossible. It feels to me as if you are my personal miracle workers. I used to be obsessed with my teeth - they were the first thing I thought of in the morning and the last at night.


How they looked was the least of my problems, what really got to me was the constant worry about actual and possible problems - crowns falling off, developing an abscess, etc - and the fact that I hated having a denture. Getting rid of the worry (and the denture!) was my incentive to visit Hospital Lane, and the fact that I've now got lovely teeth is a huge bonus.
Everyone I met at Hospital Lane was friendly, sympathetic and non judgmental and I had absolute faith in the advice I was given. I felt that Tony and Anne really got to know me and took a personal interest in how my teeth turned out, gently steering me towards the right choices and suggesting improvements I would never have thought of myself. I was doubtful that the various procedures would be as painless as I was told but they were! I can honestly say I didn't feel a twinge of pain after the top teeth were done so I had no worries about having the lower set done shortly after. The after care has been excellent, and I am absolutely delighted with the results - I am worry free plus I have lovely teeth! ![]()

I am writing to express my thanks for the wonderful job you have carried out to replace my tooth; I wish I had been referred years ago!
I found you and your staff very professional throughout this treatment, in particular keeping me so well informed during all of the various stages. My tooth is such a perfect replacement that I am sure that people will not be able to tell it apart from my own teeth. Having suffered for years I am delighted with this result; it feels fantastic, is very comfortable and it is so refreshing to have a healthy gum.
Words cannot express my thanks but hopefully these few words do express my gratitude to you. I took great delight in showing off my new tooth to my dentist at my regular check-up yesterday!

Now that my dental implant treatment is complete, I wish to express my appreciation for what you have achieved in providing me with teeth.
It is something that I never thought was possible! They look great too!
In varying degrees I have had an upper denture for some forty years, since I was about 20 years old. Now that I have teeth it is difficult to describe the feeling and confidence that I am now experiencing.
As you are aware, I made it pretty obvious that when it came to dentistry I was one of life’s cowards, but the treatment you and your colleagues administered was exemplary and very good humoured too. I have lost that fear, probably for the first time in my life!
